Ingredients
2cupsiceberg lettucechopped
2cupsromaine lettucechopped
1/4cupcarrotsmatchstick
1/4cuppurple cabbagechopped
¼cupshort grain white ricecalrose, dry
4tbspgreen onionssliced thin
½cupedamameshelled, thawed
½cupcucumberdiced
½eaavocadodiced
¼sheetnoridiced or shredded into small pieces
2tspsesame seedstoasted
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions. You should have about ½ cup cooked. Chill for assembly.
Prepare all ingredients according to cut size.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss with dressing until well mixed.
Divide into individual servings and enjoy!
Pair with your favorite dressing, we recommend a sesame ginger vinaigrette.
