Instructions
Simple Syrup
Prepare simple syrup by adding sugar and water to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Turn off heat and stir to dissolve sugar and let chill.
Mocktail
To make 1 drink: Muddle 1 cucumber slice and 1 rosemary sprig in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice, 3oz club soda, 1.5oz lime juice, and 1.5oz simple syrup. Shake well.
Double-strain, add to shaker and poor into chilled cocktail glass. Float thin cucumber slice on top of drink and serve.
