Instructions
In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and sauté for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Next, add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the wine and allow the broth to reduce by half. Fold in the Cajun seasoning, Alfredo sauce, sausage, 1 Tbsp of parsley, and lemon, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the chicken breast and rotini pasta. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.
Plating
In a bowl, ladle 8 oz. of Cajun pasta per serving and garnish with 1/4 tsp of chopped parsley.
