Sweet blackberries baked with a crunchy oat topping

Ingredients
2Tbsplight brown sugar
3Tbspwhole wheat flour
3Tbspcanola oil
1cupquick, dry, oatmeal
7sprayscooking oil spray
1 1/4lbfresh blackberries
2Tbspcorn starch
1/3cupgranulated sugar
3 tsplemon juice
Instructions
Prepare pan with pan spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, whole wheat flour, oil, and oats. Mix until evenly distributed and set aside.
In a separate bowl, toss blackberries with cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. Place berry mixture in prepared pan. Sprinkle with crumbled oat mixture. Bake until topping is golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. Check crisp periodically and cover with foil if crumble browns too quickly.
