Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and thinly shave the Brussels sprouts. Toss with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve!
