#ELDWchallenge

#ELDWChallenge Jan 4th - 29th Instagram - Twitter - Facebook

Are you ready to put 2020 behind you and move on to 2021?  The second annual #ELDWchallenge starting January 4th can help start the New Year off on a positive note!  The challenge will focus on 3 areas- culinary, sustainability and nutrition & wellness.

Culinary

Over the past 6 months or so, many of us have found ourselves cooking more at home.  Tired of creating the same menu items and looking for new ideas?  Treat your taste buds by trying new foods and cooking styles.  Throughout the month, you will be encouraged to participate in a variety of culinary challenges including creating plant forward meals and tips to put flavor first!

Sustainability

Start your new year focusing on giving back to mother earth. Our challenge includes simple and easy steps that could make all the difference. From reducing waste, supporting local and learning about regenerative agriculture, we hope this challenge will not only help you create a sustainable lifestyle for yourself but also make real change to our environment.

Nutrition and Wellness

Health and fitness traditionally top the list of most common New Year’s resolutions.  Our challenge will include a mix of nutrition, fitness and mental health challenges.  From taking a stretch or exercise break to taking a screen break, the challenge will promote small changes to make a healthier you.

How do you participate?

The #ELDWchallenge will be shared on Instagram and Twitter starting January 4th, 2021.  Follow #ELDWchallenge.  You will also be able to access the challenge on the challenge page here.
