Our food program seeks to provide nourishment for guests while staying committed to the health of the planet and the well-being of our communities.
We aim to offer a balanced and accessible food and pantry program that provides variety and showcases nutritious options daily. Our menus take advantage of the best products available in each region, offering dishes that are nutritious, satisfying, and customizable. Each day, we the menu includes vegan and vegetarian options and a salad bar. Wellness focused menus and activations pop-up throughout each month to feature healthy, seasonal ingredients and limited time snacks while micro-kitchens and tasting events engage with guests over wellness focused topics.

Did you know we donate leftover food?
We work to reduce waste across our menus and partner with local community groups to recover and distribute leftover food to the surrounding community. Our program donates on average more than 650 meals per month, including fruits, bread, snacks and beverages.
