Cacao, Hemp, Pumpkin Seed energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 tsp white chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 8 each pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup hulled pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • In a food processor combine the pumpkin seeds, oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cocoa nibs, salt, dates and water. Process until mixture starts to come together.
  • Remove mixture from food processor. Use a 1 oz. scoop and form into a ball shape.
